3. TIPS AND TRICKS

There’s one remedy that suits every single problem that will still come up in your life. And this remedy is called “Asking Questions”. In many cases – e.g. when I’m talking to fast – all you need to scream is “Repeat” or “Say it again” or “Can you say it more simple?”.
When I was a student, I always hesitated to ask questions. First, I thought everybody and especially the teacher would think I’m dumb because I couldn’t understand that certain aspect on my own. Second, I thought that I was the only person who didn’t understand, and the rest of the class would instantaneously start groaning when I asked the question, because all they feel is bored and pissed because of my stupidity.
But guys, there are two basic rules you should remember forever. First, if you don’t understand something, you can be 100% sure, that also others in your class don’t understand it. And they will be so happy that you asked the question, because they would have been too shy to ask. Second, asking questions shows a lot of intelligence – it shows that you are thinking critically about what I say, and “Critical Thinking” is one of the essential 21^st Century Skills. Third, usually I don’t get a lot feedback from students, because you’re shy to speak in English – but I want the lesson to be vivid and I want to know about your ideas. So I’m ALWAYS happy about any productive feedback from your side. Even if you’re just nodding or saying “Repeat!”.

4. THE EDUCATION SYSTEM

Education basically looks the same everywhere. However, teachers, students, and parents realize that the system isn't appropriate anymore to prepare the students for their life. The education system adheres to the curriculum given by the government. And what i want to say this, that we all have so much potential, but with all the restrictions and expectations we got faced with, in the end nothing flourishes, but young minds end up in despair and sadness.

Scouts (pramuka) are extracurricular activities that all students must follow. and this is a regulation from the government...:) Keep on scouting ..

However the education system provided by the government remains to be lived. the most important thing is as a young generation ... we have to spend all our abilities ... Kepo is better. when the curiosity arises, find out or ask. don't just dream about it. Move !! education can be obtained from anywhere.

we are jurnalism of ganesha wall magazine SMADA. we will share about world teachers day.
Anyway, this is first our program in jurnalism. we also luckly, because we can interview with foreign teacher. who is he? He is Mr.Michael Fischer from Germany. He become our english teacher in SMA 2 Kudus. why did we choose him to be a speaker about the world teacher's day?
yaps, we chose it because he was a critical person in being a teacher. he was a teacher volunteer who was the second time at our school.
so, this is the conclusion of  his thought on the world teacher's day.!!

His learning model :) in order to his student are not bored when study

1. Who is the teacher ?👨👩
Teachers are also just humans like your mom and dad. Being a teacher is a commitment. You're committing yourself to be responsible for shaping young minds. That should help(nowadays) to create a future that is suitable for our grandkids. A teacher should have a whole picture of the world and know about their personality, their values about the world, and find solutions for issues that are in immediate reach. The way a teacher acts, what he says and what he thinks. What they exemplify, can create a heavy stir in the mindsets of the students and beiang a good friend to their students.

2.  How can teachers make the students do their tasks?
if you wanna make someone do something, it often causes proble. And with the students it's the same. you can't push them to do things they don't want to do.
so, let's give the students the opportunity to choose their own tasks. their own project. Let them use their imagination to form their own visions and goals. Let them work with their individual potentials. Everyone is a diamond underneath. We just need to polish it until we shine.
